01. The Conversation
We start with a simple chat to understand your inspiration and what you're looking for. No pressure, just a warm discussion about your project.
02. Scope & Design
Together, we finalize the details—materials, size, and any specific requests. This is where we can discuss if you need an image made/altered, or if you have an image ready to go. If needed, we'll share a design mockup for your approval before we begin.
03. The Quote
Once we’re happy with the plan, we’ll send you a detailed quote. This includes the cost of materials, labor, and any custom touches.
04. The Invoice
After you approve the quote, we’ll send you a professional invoice. You’ll pay this invoice separately, and we’ll start your order.
05. The Final Piece
We craft your piece with care, often hand-finishing the edges or adding a personal touch. Once complete, we’ll get it to you.

How long does a custom order take?
We love to work with you to find a timeline that fits your schedule. Most larger orders take between 1-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials we're working with. Smaller items, can usually be turned around even quicker- we will discuss this in our discussions.

What materials do you work with?
We specialize in a wide range of materials including 3D-printed resins, laser-etched metals and wood, and DTF printed textiles. Every piece is made to order, so we can discuss your specific needs and find the perfect medium for your project.
